舎利容器／過去仏（ヤンゴン国立博物館）
Explanation
バゴー管区の北西部に位置する古都ピィーの東郊にある遺跡タイェーキッタヤー（シュリークシェートラ）の城壁内南東、キンバ・パゴダから出土した銀製の舎利容器。上部に菩提樹を模した突起があり、幹の部分のみ現存。高さ（樹を模した部分を含む）が66cm、上部の直径が33cm、下部の直径が41cm。周囲に4体の仏陀と4人の仏弟子のレリーフがある。尊像を挟んで上下にピュー文字、ピュー語による刻文があり、過去四仏（カクサンダ、コーナーガマナ、カッサパ、ゴータマ）と四大弟子（サーリプッタ、モッガラーナ、アーナンダ、カッサパ）の名前、施主プラブヴァルマンとプラブデーヴィーの名前、パーリ語経典の引用などが刻まれている。(JT)

『ビルマの仏塔』pl.69／ピュー時代の銀製の舎利器／プローム郊外のキンバ塚より出土。ピュ一時代の銀製の舎利器（高さ59cm）。円筒の表面に四体の降魔成道坐像が左右に羅漢を伴った形で浮彫りにされている。筒の上下の縁に刻まれているピュー文字の文言によると、四体の仏像は、拘那含牟尼、拘留孫、迦葉、喬答摩の過去四仏という。プローム郊外のピュ一族遺跡キンバ塚より出土。
