Explanation: Two sakkas are lighting the scene with torches while Sakka is holding a reliquary to receive the Buddha's hair-relics. A sakka holds an alms bowl and another holds the Buddhist Canon. In the foreground, Channa and Kanthaka are weeping. The style and iconography are similar to those of the 1794-murals of Upali Thein in Pagan and 1813-murals of Shwe Pwinlin temple in Pakokku. (CMG)
