Associated Information in Japanese: 『パガンの仏教壁画』pl.221／燃燈仏の授記／燃燈仏の授記図■ポーウィン山窟の壁画である。パガン時代以降好んで描かれる画題のひとつ。鉢を手に歩行してくる燃燈仏の足許に須弥陀行者が身を横たえ背中の上を渡ってもらおうとしている場面を表す。角ばった顔容、団子鼻、二重瞼だがやや目尻が釣り上がり、小さな黒目が下向きになっていて驚いたような感じのまなざし、頭でっかちのプロポーションなどは、ニャウンヤン時代の壁画の特徴である。
